About Us

Hi, Im Breanne Dilla, founder of Little Villages. With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education as a teacher, director, and consultant, Ive seen firsthand how limited and costly childcare options can be—and how often they overlook what young children truly need.

Research shows that 90% of a childs brain develops by age five, yet many systems fail to support this critical stage. Thats why I believe in small, nurturing environments that foster social, emotional, and physical growth through safe exploration and meaningful connection.

After becoming a mother myself, living far from family, I experienced the childcare gap on a personal level. Little Villages was born out of that experience—to create more flexible, affordable options for families and empower moms to earn an income while staying home with their children.
