HOSTS REQUIREMENTS

Here at Little Village, we advocate and support our host families! We believe in being dedicated to all families we work with. We feel strongly about requiring boundaries, and guidelines from families to make this experience as smooth as possible. This includes but not limited to: set hours, overtime pay, legal pay (w2), paid holidays, paid vacation days, all within a working contract. We want to make sure that your contracts, pay and benefits are taken care of for you.
