Little Villages is a placement agency that cultivates quality partnerships between families and provides additional options for families looking for care for their children ages 4 months to 5 years old.

Our mission is to meet the needs of the whole child, support the family, and provide a way to rethink childcare and development. We believe no detail is too small. Our aim is to provide a curated experience ensuring all expectations on both sides are met. Little Villages is building a community, not just a network.

"Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work." - C.S. Lewis

Placement Service

At Little Villages, we offer a personalized and modern approach to childcare. We take the time to understand your familys unique needs and match you with a trusted host family or carefully chosen nanny. Our placements are thoughtfully paired based on childrens ages, schedules, and care philosophies—ensuring a harmonious and supportive environment for everyone involved.

Services include: A dedicated caregiver, caring for your child alongside their own, offers a nurturing and attentive home environment—one that supports every aspect of your childs development, including:

  • Social, Cognitive, and Motor Skill Growth: Children thrive in a warm, home-like setting designed to encourage healthy development in all areas.
  • Small Child-to-Caregiver Ratios: More attention, deeper connection, and personalized care tailored to your childs unique needs.
  • Flexible, Personalized Scheduling: Choose the days, hours, and structure that work best for your family.
  • Trusted and Vetted Caregivers: All caregivers pass background checks and are verified in CPR and First Aid for peace of mind.

Contract Services:

If you are already doing a nanny share or found your own support but need help creating a contract for these services, Little Villages is here to help!

Benefits include:
i. Whether family, friend, or someone you found online, having childcare services and expectations put down into a contract helps with clear communication and expectations you may have.
ii. Supports the type of payment the caregiver will receive without expecting more or less, alongside the clear expectations on hours and supplemental pay if hours go outside the agreed terms.
