Little Village was founded by Breanne Dilla, an experienced early childhood educator with a passion for improving early childcare. Seeing the challenges of understaffed and overcrowded daycare centers, she created Little Village to offer a better alternative. The program connects stay-at-home parents seeking social interaction for their children with families needing childcare. Host families undergo rigorous screening and benefit from staying home while earning income, while all children involved receive personalized care in a safe, loving environment. Little Village is redefining childcare for babies aged 4 months to 4 years.
