Pairing Service:
We find a “host” family to care for your children alongside theirs. We work to pair by children's ages (close proximity), schedules, and philosophies of care.
- A dedicated parent watching over your child alongside theirs provides the ultimate care
- Home environment to support your children's development
- Small ratio (ONLY the host kids will be in the house)
- Personalized care (days, schedule, etc)
Contract Services:
If you are already doing a nanny share or found your own support but need help creating a contract for these services, Little Villages is here to help!

i. Whether family, friend, or someone you found online, having childcare services and expectations put down into a contract helps with clear communication and expectations you may have.
ii. Supports the type of payment the caregiver will receive without expecting more or less, alongside the clear expectations on hours and supplemental pay if hours go outside the agreed terms.
